What do I do if I have a claim?
Mayfield Insurance makes filing a business insurance claim easy. Call our office at (317) 831-3575 during normal business hours (8 AM – 5 PM, Monday-Friday) and we’ll walk you through the process. If you need to report a claim after business hours, you may also contact your insurance carrier’s 24-hour claims service. We still encourage you to give us a call the next day, too, so we can make sure your claim is being processed and resolved as quickly as possible.
